Brownfield Redevelopment
Brownfield redevelopment addresses abandoned, idled or underused property where expansion or redevelopment may be complicated by real or perceived environmental issues.
ProSource has successfully demonstrated that environmental issues can be resolved through redevelopment of the property to return it to productive use. Our technical skills, good judgment, and our experience with regulatory negotiations have resulted in the successful redevelopment of properties such as former salvage yards, abandoned dump sites, old service stations, former dry cleaners, and vacant industrial facilities.
