Phase I ESA Commercial Building

ProSource conducted a Phase I ESA of a commercial building housing an auto body repair shop and a plumbing contractor. The Phase I ESA revealed no significant environmental liabilities at the site. However, ProSource recommended that if the property was to be demolished or redeveloped, that any 55-gallon drums, chemical containers, and miscellaneous materials located there be properly disposed of; that a full asbestos and lead-based paint survey of the building be conducted; and that a former water supply well on the property be properly abandoned.
