Government ProSource provides essential environmental, right of way, and engineering support to federal, state, and municipal bodies of government. Our experience with Brownfield redevelopment, cleanup funding/grant writing, utility easements, title work, relocation, permitting, and public relations issues are among the many challenges faced by governing agencies.	PROJECTS   United States Army Corps of Engineers, Minuteman Dismantlement Grand Forks Air Force Base, North Dakota ProSource managed all environmental concerns associated with the dismantlement of 150 Minuteman III intercontinental ballistic missile launch facilities and 15 launch control facilities. These sites were eliminated as part of the international Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty. ProSource coordinated all environmental aspects of the project, including installation of soil borings and monitoring wells, soil, ground water and sludge sampling and analysis, well abandonment, underground storage tank (UST) abandonment, abandonment of wastewater lagoons, data management, reporting, regulatory compliance, and client/agency liaison.
