ProSource Positions Itself for Growth

In June of 2009, ProSource spun off most of its environmental remediation group. This strategic move substantially reduced ProSource's overhead costs, and positioned us to focus our financial resources and cash flow abilities on growing our core Real Estate Acquisition and Permitting practice, including our supporting services of title abstracting, appraisals, relocations, survey, drafting/GIS, engineering, environmental assessment and environmental permitting.

On June 1, 2009, ProSource expanded its Regional presence by adding an office in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Effective March 1, 2010, ProSource doubled the size of its Cedar Rapids office. In addition, ProSource will be expanding its services in northern Minnesota via an office scheduled for opening in Grand Rapids on April 1, 2010.

ProSource Welcomes New Shareholders

Effective January 1, 2010, ProSource welcomed long time employees Scott T. Stenger, Vice President, Real Estate Services, Jason D. Alt, Vice President, Business Development and David E. Hennen, Director, Environmental Services, as new shareholders to the organization. This opportunity recognizes their several years of contributing to ProSource's success and growth and further positions ProSource for ongoing growth.

ProSource Welcomes New Right of Way Employee

ProSource is also pleased to announce that Brian Rozyla has recently joined its Right of Way Acquisition Group. Mr. Rozyla comes to us with extensive acquisition and permitting experience, including major transmission line projects.
