consulting for pipeline companies. Our services include feasibility
studies, route and site selection, title searches, project management,

preparation, rights of entry, regulatory permitting, property management,
condemnation support, property plats, legal description plotting,
and records management.
ProSource
evaluates key factors such as impacts to forests, croplands, soil
erosion, wetlands, lakes, rivers and streams through our field survey
work (wetland delineations, cultural resources, and threatened and
endangered species). We have permitted river and wetland crossings,
and sensitive road and railroad site locations on public and private
property. Other important factors we manage include zoning restrictions,
environmental considerations, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission,
state and county regulations, and regional topography.

ProSource staff performed title research, acquisition, permitting and comparable sales analyses work with landowners, railroads and the State of Minnesota on behalf of the City of Duluth. This eight mile natural gas pipeline is critical to ensuring reliability of natural gas supplies to the citizens of Duluth.
