Eagan, MN
A 2.4 mile segment of TH 149 to facilitate an upgrade to a four-lane roadway and the addition of a regional trail impacting 46 properties.
- Appraisal services included evaluating the types of properties affected (e.g., residential, commercial and industrial), including available utilities and zoning districts, to determine the appropriate compensation due the landowner based on recent sales of similar properties in the area.
