Other important factors include zoning restrictions, environmental considerations, federal, state and county regulatory permitting, and regional topography.

Our agents photograph each site, gather pertinent information regarding the surrounding communities, research demographics, determine GPS coordinates, and analyze county and regional plats. This information is compiled and presented to the client in a comprehensive report to help them determine which site best meets their needs.
