searches, project management, document preparation, rights of entry,
regulatory permitting, property management, condemnation support,
property plats, legal description plotting, and records management.
ProSource
evaluates key factors such as impacts to forests, croplands, soil
erosion, wetlands, lakes, rivers and streams through our field survey
work (wetland delineations, cultural resources, and threatened and
endangered species). We have permitted river and wetland crossings,
and sensitive road and railroad site locations on public and private
property. Other important factors include zoning restrictions, environmental
considerations, federal, state and county regulatory permitting,
and regional topography.
Our agents photograph
each site, gather pertinent information regarding the surrounding
communities, research demographics, determine GPS
coordinates, and analyze county and regional plats. This information
is compiled and presented to the client in a comprehensive report
to help them determine which site best meets their needs. We can
provide these services via placement of ProSource
staff in your offices, on a case-by-case basis, or on a turnkey
project basis. ProSource
has a proven track record for property acquisition that is most
beneficial and cost-effective for our clients.
