Transportation ProSource has provided right of way and site acquisition services for many road and trail projects including staffing, budgeting, project strategizing, route evaluation, developing project information materials for landowners, agencies and media, status tracking, title work, permitting, relocation, and zoning. We have also participated in numerous landowner/public meetings and hearings sponsored by project owners, and state agencies. ProSource has worked extensively with state, county, city and township agencies. We recognize the importance of interagency coordination and community involvement in transportation planning, and understand the compliance issues for department of transportation standards. Our professionals are proficient in all areas of right-of-way acquisition including securing easements and deeds, preparing market studies, establishing property values, conducting landowner relocation work, negotiating with landowners, preparing appraisals, and completing condemnation proceedings.	PROJECTS   Rice’s Point, Duluth Port Authority Duluth, Minnesota The Duluth Port Authority is in the process of constructing a new road to provide more efficient ingress and egress for the trucking industry on Rice’s Point. ProSource is providing site acquisition, property title work, and relocation services as needed.
